Клиническое наблюдение пациента с анкилозирующим спондилоартритом (болезнь Бехтерева)

Боль в спине (дорсопатия) – один из частых синдромов, который характерен для целой группы болезней со сходными клиническими проявлениями. На примере клинического случая обсуждается анкилозирующий спондилоартрит (болезнь Бехтерева) с характерным клиническим течением, не только с поражением позвоночника и сакроилиальных сочленений, но и висцеральными изменениями. Обсуждается в терапии воспалительного проявления болезни препарат из группы НПВС – нимесулид и оценивается его эффективность.
