Аннотация
Синдром избыточного бактериального роста (СИБР) довольно сложная, важная и активно изучаемая на данный момент проблема в клинической практике. В настоящее время нет четких рекомендаций в отношении диагностики СИБР. В последнее время все чаще используют дыхательные тесты, которые, однако, обладают различной специфичностью и чувствительностью. Диагностировать и проводить дифференциальную диагностику СИБР непросто, но вместе с тем и важно, поскольку это позволяет оптимизировать лечение больного.
